A day of workshops packed with practical tips and ideas for dealing with the pressures of budget cuts and fewer resources.

DSC has designed this topical event to support charities of all sizes. The event comprises a series of short seminars, full of hints and tips to improve management performance, develop fall-back plans and positions for the changed funding environment.

Come together with other managers, directors and fundraisers to discover creative approaches to current problems and network together to exchange ideas and create support for a stronger sector.

The price for each session depends on how many you book. Starting from £35, the more sessions you book, the more you save (If you book more than 5 sessions, all subsequent sessions are priced at £25.
